The person who designs it is accountable for it. Ian has been making rings in Calgary since 1988. Every piece that leaves the studio has his name on it, which is a different kind of standard than a franchise warranty.

You see the ring before it's cast. Every custom commission includes a 3D-printed resin replica of your ring. You hold it, try it on your finger, request changes — then we cast the final piece in gold or platinum. No surprises at pickup.
