Davidson Jewels is a private design studio on 17th Avenue in Calgary. I see clients by appointment only, one conversation at a time.

Appointments: Tuesday–Friday 12–6 pm, Saturday 12–5 pm (Mountain). Initial consultations are complimentary and usually last about an hour.

Paid street parking and nearby lots are along 17th Avenue. The suite is a consultation space, not a retail showroom. Fabrication happens at a separate private workshop.

What to bring

Ideas, screenshots, a budget range, an heirloom stone, or nothing at all. All of those are fine. If your partner is part of the decision, bring them. More couples design together than don’t.

I do not keep loose stones or precious metal in the consultation suite, so you will not usually see diamonds at the first meeting. Once we know the brief, I source options and we book a separate viewing in daylight.

What I make

Custom engagement rings, wedding bands, heirloom redesigns, and coloured-gemstone commissions, all in 18k gold or platinum. I also keep a small selection of Niessing, the German house behind the tension ring.

If you are outside Calgary, we can do the early design stages remotely. I would still rather you came in for the resin fitting if you can.
